The Great Lakes Bay Autism Center is operated by volunteers whose goal is to provide information and connections to resources and services to help enrich the lives of individuals on the autism spectrum. Our ultimate goal is to make the Great Lakes Bay Region a place that is welcoming to people on the spectrum and values all they have to offer, helping them achieve their fullest potential.
The mission of the Great Lakes Bay Autism Center is to enrich the lives of individuals and familiies living with autism by providing resources and support, developing relationships with local professionals and raising comunity awareness across the great lakes bay region.
The Great Lakes Bay Autism Center provides services to families through Camp Cardinal Kidz, a summer day camp for children on the autism spectrum, and family support meetings, held monthly (September through May) at the Mid-Michigan Children's Museum.
Donations and fundraisers help us provide these resources and events at little or no cost to participants.
